The climate here is great for people, snow does fall but doesn’t seem to stay long and the Black Hills is always a temperate area seeing little to no snowfall. Though summer temps in the state can be hot and winter can be extremely cold.

You can also find many Indian Reservations and endless miles of long straight highway to explore.

If you are a motorcycle enthusiast then you are more than likely aware of the annual motorcycle rally held in and around the city of Sturgis the first full week in August every year. This alone is a great reason to want to live here.
